Founded by Peter Galvez, a mortgage industry professional with nearly two decades of experience, NuVision Lending was created to offer a more client-focused, transparent, and innovative approach to home financing. Peter previously co-owned United Wholesale Lending (UWL) —a nationally recognized mortgage brokerage—before launching NuVision Lending with a vision centered on service, collaboration, and tailored mortgage solutions.

As an independent mortgage broker, we work with multiple lenders, allowing us to offer a wide range of loan programs, including conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, DSCR, bank statement, 1099, HELOC, EcoSmart (paired with solar financing), and mobile home loans. Because we are not limited to a single bank’s offerings, we can explore various options to find a mortgage solution that fits your specific needs.
